Description

I have started dabbling in PC gaming and with the future of console gaming I thought building a PC would be a better investment. I didn't have much of a budget to work with due to house, cars, bills and an expensive 2 yr old. :)

I did a lot of reading and asking questions and scouring other builds to build something that would work well now and be easily upgradable in the future. I was leaning toward intel but I changed to AMD at the last minute due to value and needs.

I do a lot of video editing and recording. I like the idea of rendering and playing/recording which I couldn't do at the i3 level. If I had the money I would have went i5 3570k but it wasn't in the budget so I choose the FX 6300. I like that I can upgrade in the future without need for a new mobo and such. I am currently a noob on overclocking so that will be something I will look into at a later date. But I made sure that I could do it if need be. Would just need a new heatsink.

I only have one pic that I took minutes after firing her up for the first time. Still doing a little cable management at this time and needing to rewire my cable to get internet in my office as I am not going wireless with this. I will add more specs and performance in the next couple weeks!

Oh and I am getting new RAM but using this for now.

Edit: Slowly getting things loaded on but here are some stats so far:

ARMA 3 ALPHA - Very High - 45FPS DayZ Very High 50-55FPS Battlefield 3 Very High 97fps Ultra 80fps BioShock Infinite Ultra 110FPS
