Got tired of playing on a laptop. Enough said.

I5-6500: Good CPU, works well enough for my purposes, may upgrade to ryzen for fun at some point. 7/10

Gigabyte GA-H110M: Board is decent and cheap, easy to use BIOs for a first time builder. Only issue is it's lack of fan headers. 7/10

Memory: Good looking and fast. Just pricey (thanks best buy >:( ) 8/10

Wester Digital Caviar Blue 1TB: I wanted something cheap, but I am rather impressed. Boot times that are unbelievable with a HDD. Takes maybe 20 seconds to get from off to on a game. 9/10

MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB ARMOR: You k ow the rumors. They are all accurate. This card is a beast. Got it for only 200$ thanks to jet.com. 1000/10

DIYPC J180-W Mid Tower: Pretty case, lots of room, cheap, solid construction. Doesn't look cheap. Only problem is lack of fan spots, although build stays cool. 8/10

PSU: Solid PSU, easy to use, no issues, keeps cool. 8/10

WiFi Adapter: works. 7/10

Got windows 10 pro. You cannot go wrong with Windows.

My first build, probably could have done better, especially with cable management, although I did get it all for less than 700. Any questions, ill be sure to get back to you. Also, suggestions for cable management would be helpful. I don't want it to look too scrubby.

Part Reviews

Great processor for a budget. Cooler is quiet, if a little cheap. Can run a bit slow on games like Subnautica.

Great cheap board, if your not worried about heat. There are 2 fan headers. Good BIOs.

Fast, good looking memory, if not a bit pricey. (Bought at best buy, because the memory i ordered was the wrong speed).

Crazy fast for a HDD. No problems, and quiet.

Video Card

Reviews for this just are not necessary. Beast of a card. I would buy it again and again. Handles 1080p gaming on ultra without hitches. Not one game that I cannot tackle. For those of you looking and struggling between a rx480/580 and a gtx 1060, if you can find a 1060 with a similar price, go for it. That's what 7 months of research told me.

Great looking case, cheap, but well made. A bit large, but that makes it more excellent for cable management. I would buy it again.

Power Supply

Cheap PSU. Not a problem to be found. I recommend.

Operating System

Wireless Network Adapter

Works, fast speed. Easy install, and non invasive (space wise).

Wow your cables are just... all out there huh lol

You see that hole on the bottom of the back side right by your psu where the motherboard is attached to? Yea the cables go through there.

Now, You see the three rectangular shaped holes a bit to the right of your motherboard? Yea, the PSU cables you sent through the back - you attach them one at a time through those holes.

Motherboard cable should go through the top most rectangular opening and fit snuggly.

The Pci-e cable that connects to your gpu goes through the middle opening.

It's hard to tell if your case has a CPU cable opening on the top left corner of your case so if it does, the cable that powers your cpu goes through that opening. - If there isn't an opening, then you're probably gonna have to sit the cable along the top side of your motherboard. Your cpu cable should be coming out of the same hole your motherboard cable is in that case.

The cables that light up your case, your case usb ports, power button, etc.., all those cables should be coming through the hole right above your PSU. If you do everything I mentioned, you will see a much cleaner pc. (The same goes for SATA cables and such.)

Now you get the idea, right? You re-route your psu wires to the back and the cables you need go through each opening closest to it's correct spot on the board. The ones you don't use you can just carefully re-organize on the bottom of the backside of the case.
