Description

I needed a machine for video editing and running a flight simulator on. I do some console gaming and decided to see how well I could manage some of the newer titles that seem a bit underpowered with the console. I decided that I do not plan to mess with much overclocking and did not want a pump based cooling system. Knowing that I was planning on using the GTX 970, I opted for the Xeon E3 instead of the i7 since I did not need CPU integrated video and OC. The only problem I encountered was with the front panel header connections as they are a bunch of single pin connectors that plug into a small connector on the motherboard. Once I had those correct, everything booted up to my UFEI without a hitch. The case is huge and allows me plenty of room.

Thanks! The keyboard is great with a very good layout and very positive click. For some it will be a bit loud, but I guess you could add the o-rings to make them quieter. My daughter had to do use it for online practice for her typing class and to her it had a closer feel to what they use at school. I have not had a chance to program the special function keys yet. The only minor issue is the font is kind of funky for the keys. It is not bad for the regular letters, but the special characters take some time to find if you hunt and peck. The back lighting is adjustable and only in white light with no colors, which is not an issue for me.

OfficeMax - had them use the online price. They did not update the sale price and it was $40 cheaper. It did take some time (2-3 hours) putting it together as it shipped in 2 boxes. Only had one bolt that did not line up properly and I had to use a file to make the slot bigger.
