Description

Mostly I use this PC for gaming. The reason I didn't go for a 2080 super or 2080 ti is because I'm holding out for Nvidia's 3xxx series to come out next year. I still wanted a card with rgb and ray tracing though. I do notice that I could use a better GPU in some situations, its what bottlenecks this system. To optimize this I would probably get another 16gb or ram as well. Other than that my PC is perfect. Blender times for quick CPU benchmark are 213.205 for BMW and 709.217 for classroom.

Hi,

How is the performance/stability of the graphics card so far? and do you play on daily basis ?

Thanks,

I have the graphics card overclocked 50 mhz and I have the power limit and core voltage maxed out. I do play something every day. I have no instability. As for performance I do sit around 70 frames for more GPU intense titles (with rtx off). Is there a specific game you would like me to test?

Hello, I wanted to ask you if you had any problems with the VRM and/or cpu throttling when OCing? I am asking because for some reason everyone bashes this board but I really want it because it looks gorgeous lol. I will be running 3600 non X but I don't want to suffer from cpu throttling (I also have AIO but its corsair).

Actually no, i have my VRM's set pretty aggressively too. As long as you do everything in the BIOS and don't mess with Ryzen master everything seems fine. As soon as i start ryzen master though I think it messes with my overclock settings and my OC becomes unstable. As long as you have a decent AIO or a high end air cooler you shouldn't have any CPU throttling issues. The motherboard is perfectly capable of giving this CPU as much power as it needs and then some.
