Description

Purpose: Gaming and random crap.

Motherboard: Lots of USB Ports, Dual M.2 slots, Intel NIC, WIFI

CPU: Fastest Gaming CPU at 4.7 GHz with stock voltage.

CPU Cooler: Had to use just 1 fan to fit inside, pretty quiet and cool.

RAM: Basic 32GB kit

GPU: Titan XP with an EVGA Hybrid Kit. +250 offset for core and +500 offset for mem.

Monitors: XB271HU Predator 1440 with high refresh and IPS, by far the best gaming monitor I've used. The 10 monitor is good for lan parties because I can fit the computer and monitor into a backpack.

Storage: 5TB of SSD, not enough, will be adding more later

Case: Smallest case that is actually easily obtainable.

Power Supply: 600W SFX not much to say, powers everything doesn't make much noise.

a bit overboard for a lan build but nice build :)

Trihedraf submitter 1 Build 1 point 23 months ago

It is both my main rig as well as my lan rig. :D

+1 for the L1 sticker, very nice M1 build. Im curious doesn't that mic stand brother you lol. I would constantly be bumping it lol.

Trihedraf submitter 1 Build 1 point 23 months ago

It swings way up by the monitors out of the way, so it doesn't bother me.

nice build!!! 1+!

This looks cool, nice how you were able to cram a frickin' Titan X in there.

um... 5tb not enough? Nice build though, I have an NCase sitting in my closet. Need to gather funds for the last PSU and Mobo. 1^

Trihedraf submitter 1 Build 2 points 23 months ago

I've got over 1000 Games on Steam and a more than 400 on GOG. So no, not enough. :D

If you're going to go all out, you might as well add the 2017 Titan Xp.

Trihedraf submitter 1 Build 1 point 23 months ago

I am just waiting for the Titan XV seeing as how little improvement there was over the TXP.

craterking456 1 point 23 months ago

XV? That's a thing?!

Trihedraf submitter 1 Build 1 point 23 months ago

It is just an assumption based on the last few generations.

If 5 to is not enough go get a 10tb hard drive

Trihedraf submitter 1 Build 1 point 23 months ago

I have a 10Tb hard drive, but I hate using them because they make so much noise and are so slow. So for my main rig I decided to go all ssds.

that_guy_sheridan 1 point 23 months ago

Bruh 5TB... why ???? But besides the ridiculous about of storage OP build my dude.

Sam.Troyer 1 point 23 months ago

Read his comment above, over 1,4000 games over two platforms.

+1 for wanting more than 5T of storage space. You are a god among men my friend.

Now where did I put that other Titan X...

I got the Titan XP about 2 two weeks after it came out. The 4TB SSD is 3x the price for 2x the space. I will be adding m.2s soon as well as another 2 2tb and taking out the 1tb. I have used SLI before and I don't care for the lack of increase in most games. I did go for itx for ease of transport.

I plan on putting higher capacity ones once they get cheaper probably next year.
