Description

EVGA Titan X Liquid Cooled Hydro Copper. EKWB 360 Cooling Kit. Couldn't find this card or cooling kit on the site. This was a fun build. Still have yet to push the over clocking on the card or the processor, but I'm holding steady at around 4.2Ghz. The video card can be found at Newegg for 1299.00

The first Mobo had bad DIMM slots on C and D DIMMS so I had to RMA it. Which meant uninstalling everything, the water cooling system had to be drained and radiator with fans removed. Luckily was able to keep cable management in place. The new Mobo is in and am very pleased with the system overall. I am excited to see what it can do once I start pushing it.

Why didn't you buy a 4 pack of ram to run in quad channel like you are supposed to for X99?

I felt like this may have had something to do with your dimm slots not working, but I'm not really sure what problem you were having. Also it works on the new board, so I don't think that makes sense.

You might want some more radiator space for that system and that case should have more space for more raidiators

My first custom loop. Didn't realize the tubes were long, but now that I look at it I could probably bring it on around from the radiator input ;) That is an inaccurate under load GPU temp. I still have yet to push it and see what it will really handle. Great question mtrapuzz, I plan on upgrading to quad channel corsair ram and water cool the DIMMS as well, just wanted to get the build off the ground with this being my first loop. But I don't think that was what was causing the problem as the new mobo recognizes it just fine, and the previous montherboard recognized it as long as it was all on the A and B dims. This rig was designed with upgrading in mind, can add 2 more Titan X cards in SLI and the front fans remove for another 480mm radiator mount.

Does the vga water block have pre-installed LEDs? Just wondering because I am doing a new build with the acrylic Bitspower block and was going to do some LEDs in it.

Yes the LED's, water block and back plate were preinstalled. The EVGA Hydro Copper uses the same type of block as my loop and I went with this over installing my own block as EVGA will warranty the card in a custom loop system. Actually they will warranty the card if you do it yourself as long as you use the EKWB blocks as that is what they use.

What pump are you using for your loop?

The water pump is the EK-DDC 3.2 PWM Elite Edition. It is very quiet, I can't barely hear it, and there is no vibration mounted to the bottom of the chasis. This pump comes in the EK Kit X360.
