Description

Decided it was time for an upgrade, I do this about every 3 years. I went with an i7 this time around as I felt that I'm doing more and more video editing and less of gaming. Waited around black friday of this year to purchase all my parts, for price/performance i got a pretty sick setup going. I always like clean setups, so I put in alot of time into my cable management.

Very nice looks a lot like the build I completed except mine is red and black. Posting completed build shortly. +1

I'm doing... video editing and... gaming.

+1 for a build that actually benefits from its i7/CPU cooler one. Too many gaming-only builds have gimped graphics cards so that they can "future proof" their CPU.

That case is clean, looks pretty cool that you put every product on display in the case

Wow, that setup is nearly my dream set up: white room, black electronics, looks sick! Can you please go into more detail about everything in your setup. I'm trying to buy a desk similar to that. Where are all the cables from your PC to the wall sockets - nothing under the table - so clean and smart. What Monitor have you got, Keyboard, and speakers?

Also why did you go for the I7-4970? I'm not sure if I should go for the 5820. And why did you go for a 97 motherboard. I'm not sure If I should "futureproof" and go for a x99...

Also Nice case, have you added any extra fans or lighting?
