Description

Took 9 months to get the final piece of my build as i didnt need to upgrade my 1070 gtx.... But i really wanted to and got the rtx 2070 last week.

Very happy i did. Eventually ill upgrade the power supply as its the only thing left from my previous pc. But its been holding up really well. As well as custom cables since a lot are too long or too short to keep it neat.

11 cpu fans in total. 360 radiator push/pull fans intake on the front. 3 intake fans on top. And have the bottom and rear fans as exhaust.. 6 of my fans are the corsair ll120 rgb.

Overclocked my cpu using ryzen master to run a cool all core 4.3ghz. Any higher on all cores started to show some instability under full load. Ram stays at 3200 but was able to tighten the timings a bit to 14-14-14-36.

The 2070 was only able to reach a +100 on the core clock but memory is smooth and stable at +600.

My next step really is just to get cables that are proper length but until then. This thing and my rift s will bespending a lot of time together.

Love the build. What was the reason to go with a 20 series when their is the silicon issue with a good portion of cards rather than waiting for the 30 series??

From what I was researching was the issue with a lot of the 20 series cards were early on production issues that were fixed for the most part later on. I made sure that the card I ordered was made later on in production to minimize the issue. Also, who knows what issues we will have when the 30 series releases... and if its good I'll just upgrade for one of those :D
