Description

Alright. Im posting this for the second time because of various errors in the original.

CPU: Amazing! I wanted the best performance for the price and that is exactly what i got. I only used all of the processing power during testing where i ran Gemcraft Labyrinth Hacked, Turned on max particles and graphics and spawned 1000+ enemies. This resulted in my fps skidding to about 1-3 fps. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this at all though. Those are pretty UN-real situations in my normal use. I use the stock fan so i am not yet overclocking. I plan on getting a water cooling system later on to do this.

MOTHERBOARD: Works fantastic with my CPU and GPU. Although the only thing really effected that i can tell is the audio since i already have a graphics and network card. The audio is great but then again, I'm no audiophile. It also has a built in OC genie but as i explained before, i am putting off overclocking. And i know this doesn't have anything to do with performance but the boot screen is awesome. Every time i turn on my pc . . . DRAGON! C'mon! That's kinda cool!

RAM: Its RAM. I haven't even reached anywhere close to maxing it out but i have had zero issues with it. And it fit my black/red color scheme nicely

SSD: ITS AWESOME!!!!!!! My computer boots in 6 seconds. Can't complain.

HD: Its good except i really wish i could write to it faster. I have an insanely fast network card so my downloads are actually limited by my write-to speed. Although, i don't regret buying it. Its more than worth the money!

VIDEO CARD: Can handle ANYTHING i throw at it. Haven't found a game it doesnt run at at least 45 fps. And that is Skyrim with 23 or so graphic mods. It stays relatively cool. Ive never seen it above 110F. And the "Twin Frozr" fans are widely known as the quietest of all graphics cards.

NETWORK CARD: This thing is actually TOO POWERFUL! It literally uses up all of my house's bandwidth. So I usually leave the antennae unplugged for that reason. But i can't really fault it for being too awesome.

CASE: The fans located inside are AMAZING! The LEDs are awesome and the case provides AMPLE space for everything i needed. It came with a bunch of black screws; great airflow with built in filters, and just overall looks great! It could stand to be a bit smaller actually XD. It makes my 27" look puny. And also, there is a force shutdown button on the top of the PC. If u accidently press this, it is an improper shutdown and will have all of the negative concequences of a force shutdown.

POWER SUPPLY: Its a Power Supply. It works. Its fully modular. It came with all the cables i need. Yay.

BD WRITER/PLAYER: Very loud when i first insert a disk. Also can't play blu-ray without a paid player. However the open/close button is incredibly sleek and stylist. :D

MONITOR: I bought this for $300. And for the price, it is fantastic! Just a bit of issue with the fact that black is really just dark blue but thats an LCD screen for ya. I do kinda wish that i had gotten a smaller screen to make a triple monitor setup in the future more practical but oh well :D

KEYBOARD: Well, the LED lights can't change to blue. So that is a bit disappointing. And the hot-keys are kinda inconveniently placed but maybe its just because I'm not used to them. And the added in, removable wrist rest was very nice.

MOUSE: Its great. Nice and responsive but i don't use the side buttons as much as i thought i would. Looks great though! Very ergonomic!

NOISE LEVEL: Its completely silent. I use my PC with it right by my head and i have never heard it with the exception of the disk drive. I have to manually turn the GPU fan all of the way up to hear a faint hum.

OVERALL: This computer is amazing, Way better than anything i have ever used before and was worth every penny. It can perform any task i need and perform it quickly and efficiently. I love u Super Lightning Cannon Gun! -Hugs Computer-

awesome build, love the red colour scheme and high quality parts. i think your ram should be in slot 1 3 or 2 4 not in the first 2 slots as it is, then u can use the dual slot performance improvement.

The Blue-Ray player needs a payed player? That sucks. Did you try using VLC Media player, or does that not work either?

You can get a add on for VLC and it will play blu-ray. My blu-ray drive came with Cyberlink though.

This is an over the top build. Overclock that CPU!!! You might want to look into Asus or BenQ monitors to utilize that GPU.

Are these prices right?

That stock cooler though.

I'm just kidding, nice build!

This is the type of build people usually have a triple monitor setup with, I'd suggest that in the future!

Really good job!

Nice build, how r u finding the 820? Im thinking of using this case too, pros and cons? Also how does the side panel come off, simple and easy.

The 820 is fantastic with 3 flaws.

It will not fit under many computer desks (27.8 in tall)

It comes with a force shutdown button that is relatively close to the regular shutdown. I have accidentally pressed it twice already and that is never good.

The side panel is kind of a hassle to put back on if you don't have direct access to the back of your tower. It is attached with 3 thumb screws which can be a bit difficult to find the hole to screw in if you aren't looking directly at the back of the tower. That being said . . . I've done it but it literally took me like 3 minutes to find the hole for the middle screw.

Other than those 3 things, it is great! It comes with 3 very large fans. And has room for more which i recommend. It is also up on very strong legs to allow airflow through the bottom even if its on carpet. There is also room for a fan on the bottom.

LED's look great. (As you can see) I do however wish that the side panel window was larger.

In summation, the tower is amazing and if you have the room, i recommend you get it. It is quiet enough so you could have a setup like mine where the tower is on the desk by your head and you wont really have to worry about noise.

Antec PSU's are quite good. I don't have a problem with the choice.
