Description

This is my first build ever and I have only been researching for a little over a month putting this piece of machinery together.

I wanted to build my own computer for mostly video editing and maybe get into some gaming.

Here is the link to the case. I painted the grey purple. It wont allow me to put it on my list. It may think its not compatable. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/RDqbt6/corsair-case-cc9011084ww

And because better overpowered then underpowered

there is no single card that a decent 500W cant manage.

SLI / CF is not quite good, bc of the common multi-card issuies.

so: better one good card then two lower ones.

Great build! Only thing I recommend is a bracket for that GPU sag. I'll link it here :-) http://mnpctech.com/gpu-support-bracket/

Interesting, but his GPU sag is not really that drastic to require something like this. In fact its practically non-existent if you look at the latches on his RAM slots its pretty parallel.

unlike this build here

I'll look into that. Thanks for the info.

This was my first build. It was pretty easy to work in. Cable management was pretty hard in the back panel though.

Haven't seen that case before... Is it a new one from corsair?

Because it looks definitely cool

It appears to be a Corsair SPEC-ALPHA ATX Mid Tower Case. I am guessing OP painted a little bit of purple on the case?
They also have white/red and black/red versions.

Late reply on this, but yes I did paint it purple. And that is defiantly the case linked. I bought the grey one like that. I couldn't find it on here though. Purchased it at microcenter for the price I have on the list.

Hey, no worries and that makes sense. It turned out good I think. Great job with changing the color.

Yeah I'm also wondering. Looks hella!

Edit: in the part list he added "Corsair Spec Alpha case." Maybe a new a high end model of the Spec series?

naw its not high end. more like angular gaming budget case.

I believe it has only been out for a month or so. It was black and grey, but I pained the grey purple.
