Description

after building my first pc 4 years ago which rocked the i5 4670k and the absolute beast that was the 970 back then I knew happiness for the first time in a long time, I originally wanted to build my first PC simply because of one little game, The Witcher 3, I fell in love with the Witcher series since the second game and after playing the third on ps4 i knew i wanted to see the game at its fullest potential, and so my slow yet steady progress of buying each part began in November 2015.

a lot of things happened to me in those 4 years between then and now, but one thing remained constant throughout all the struggles and troubles within that little thing we call real life, my PC.

it was my gateway, my connection, if you will to the friends i had, who were what kept me going through a dark time in my life the likes of which i won't bore you with, and to them I will always be grateful for the countless laughs and memories we made together, I really do consider some of them who I've never met in real life to be real life best friends who i know i can trust and rely on with anything, and this, I find, is the beauty and core of what makes PC gaming to be as glorious and beautiful as it is.

so here we are now, in the end of 2019 about to have christmas in less than 3 weeks and i finally think its time i shared my second pc I've ever built, and I apologise now for the disgusting ketchup and mustard wires onb show but believe me I will be replacing them with some cable extensions, i hope you all like what I've created over this year, feel free to leave a comment or even your own little story on what makes pc gaming special to you, and thankyou if you took the time to read this too, i didnt really know what to write so yeah lmao

Hey, custom cable extensions look great but they are just vanity items. You got to the real heart of why we're here, which is the connections we make with these computers as our tools. People can say "ketchup & mustard" all day without ever meaning anything. That's a fine PC you built there.

Thanks man really means a lot, I think the extension cables I’m after just feel like the final piece to the puzzle if that makes sense, but once again thankyou for the comments, was honestly nervous about showing off my build didn’t know how the community would take to it but so far so good. So thankyou

Awesome build man! Thats a beast if a graphics card! I also went through some struggles myself during my build process, though im sure minor in comparison, scrounging parts and deals as I went along. Took six months but finally complete. Nothing like turning it on for the first time! Well done.

Yeah it’s definitely an absolute unit of a graphics card 😂 And how much of a difference it feels to play games with it as well is unreal, just can’t wait for cyberpunk to come along now and then I can die a happy man 😂 thanks for taking the time to comment too appreciate it!
