Description

This is the same build as i previously posted - https://pcpartpicker.com/b/dKr6Mp

Just have finally got the case i was after and changed the cpu cooler to suit.

A few issues with the build, mainly all related to the case. Love the case however one of the feet is slightly shorter then the rest. The screws provided for the bottom hard drive cage are not the correct length. So once tightened the cage is still loose. The PSU didn't fit as the plastic around the switch hit on the case so i needed to cut that back.

Those issues aside overall very happy with it. Temps are ok GPU hovers 65-70 under load and CPU 75-80 Will consider adding a bottom fan and also upgrading the cpu cooler in the future.

I like the build. If you add a fan at the bottom and upgraded cpu cooler in the future I'd be interested in knowing the new thermals

Cheers, I had planned to put a bottom fan in originally however a 120mm fan won't fit now because the motherboard io is to bulky and the hard drive doesn't slide all the way to the front of the case because of it. So i'll need to find a 90mm fan i like. Or just remove the HHD and will then fit 2 x 120mm fans

The GPU fans offer a very nice front view.

Thanks, The Strix 2080Ti really is the center piece of the build so is nice to show it off

Temps are ok as the case is completely open, every panel is vented so it gets plenty of fresh air. Although the top of the case does feel hot to touch as it acts like a big heat sink.
