the 7870 was not terrible in its time, it was quite the price/performance card actually. Antiquated is probably the better word in this case.

My 7870 held it down for a long time! even with one fan out! Phenom II as well.

Yeah, but now that he has a 3700x, he'll notice a difference. Upgrading feels good

RGB = added frames and aim assist

Seriously though Vigil should get a partial drone-aim assist buff when his thing is activated.

Maybe a new mouse or monitor would help your KD.

No more money in the budget for monitors lol

Didn't see the 1440p one the first time I looked. Scratch the monitor. Maybe try a new mouse though seriously. Look up Rocketjumpninja on youtube and see if you can find a mouse that fits your hand size it will help your aim a lot.

How's the noise? I need something super quiet. I read somewhere that 5700 consumes a lot more power than 2060super and getting very hot? At least it was for turbin version.

I'm a be honest with the fan set up Its pretty quiet at idle. Under load its not too bad doesn't sound like a Jet taking off. Def cant hear it over the AC blowing... I have heard people commenting about the wraith cooler being loud but its free and gives my ten extra FPS because of RGB

isn't it supposed to be an extra 25% for RGB? Maybe that only applies to aRGB

man I own this 5700 xt and it is loud and hot as f***. temp says 65 degrees C but junction is sitting at 100 degrees(This is with fans at 60%). With the fans at 40% it is really loud and anything above that sounds like a wall AC unit. I wish it was just my purchase, but this is a common complaint on this card...Also it crashes every hour and a half or so. I have seen a few comments under their youtube videos and on newegg. I understand that occasionally these things happen, but it appears to only be the asus TUF variant.

I heard that that model of the RX 5700 XT GPU doesn't have memory cooling. What are your temps like?

Is it right that the TUF Gaming Card gets very hot? In your temp. details it says 111°... I wanted to get this card but now I'm a bit worried about the temps.

Definitely stay away from the asus TUF gaming variant. The temps and cooling are terrible. Get something else, like Sapphire's dual fan model for a decent price and good cooling performance. The Gigabyte Windforce is good to.
