This build was created for QuakeCon 2015. It wasn't until a week before the event was I told that it would be featured and placed in Corsair's BYOC booth. They loved it and even featured me in a tweet. Hope you guys enjoy it too!
great work, wish this would get a bit more love but the featured quake con build is really stealing the show right now. Congrats on being featured by Corsair!
I wonder why Corsair decided to tweet this build. #Shameless. Nice work.
Really clean build and I love the photos! +1
Featured build right here! You all upvote this beast build.
Sweet looking build man!
I've seen 2 awesome PCs now, both from QuakeCon, i guess this will be a featured build as well
Thanks and me too!
Wow what a great build. Looks beautiful
Thank you! :)
-1 for the cables looking almost messy near the power supply and using GTX 780s since OBVIOUSLY the 9xx's are out.
But really? This is my favorite build from you yet Lavins! I love those backplates! Did you paint over the NZXT emblem on the G10 brackets?
God I love white cases.
I was about to yell at you, then saw the bold hahaha.
Thanks mate, glad you follow my builds! :) I got another one that's basically ready to be in a studio, but got some things going on. I hope you'll enjoy it . ;D
Also, those are the Corsair HG10 N780 brackets. They're Corsair made and they have a built in fan that cools the VRMs, unlike the NZXT unit.
Trolololol I win :P
Wow I didn't know that about the brackets that's good to know! Can't wait to see more of your work!
Hell yeah man, this is the cleanest all in one cooled system in the game right now. And that rear cable management!?! Whatttt
Dang bro, all these compliments make me DTF for sure.
Lol, those are my initials by the way, I'm not that big of a douche. I didn't even know this was your build i shoulda known.
That cable management though... +1
Cables are very tidy! I don't have the patience to do that
Are you sure that the sagging on the card isn't a bit too much?
It's the angle of the shots. If you looked at it level, it's only a minor sag and there is basically no weight on the card. The retention bracket from the H75 bends the card downwards.
Thanks for the explanation, i really like the build cuz its so clean :D
I love how you still have Samsung SSDs in there while the whole build screams Corsair. I've never really been a fan of Corsair's SSDs anyways but Samsung and Crucial are superior.
I had a Corsair SSD in there just for the show, but once I got home, I installed my drives.
It does look great, but that sag... man it makes me cry.
There's really not much weight to it and it's only the angle of the shot that makes it appear worse than it actually is.
Hey, everything sags in time, right? If only there was a way to prop up the cards without restricting the airflow or the fans... hum... ;-)
Turns out it wasn't the weight of the cards, but the actual H75 brackets. They're causing the card to bend.
Awesome build!! What are those awesome cables tho? i really like them!
They sleeve their own cables! Check out their other builds and see the beauty of their sleeving!
You must really like Corsair products. Super clean and looking sharp. +1
Quite a good work, hence my vote.
Now, what's your plan to keep that machine as White as possible? I had a tough time in CA handling one such build even under controlled environment.
i just got this case i hope when mine is finished it looks just as good =]
Nice work, I'm also building a pc with the 780t! Could you tell me what are those white zipties close to the gpu, the long ones? Thankks in advance!
Haha, those aren't zip ties. They're actually custom made acrylic Cable Combs. They're meant for custom sleeving so you'll need to de-pin your cables.
Thanks for answering! :)
Kick *** Build, OCD Much lol. Very neat work mate big up's for the corsair love their stuff.
holy crap this is amazing, the cable management is amazeballs, and those gpus look spectacular,
Do your fans hook up to corsair link with the corsair commander mini? I was told you need a PWM fan to use with corsair link?
Yes, my fans work with the mini. You don't have to have a PWM fan so 3-pin fans will work just fine. I also get speed control on all of them so it's not a problem at all. Good luck!
Thank You, I was just asking because a guy is not able to control his 3pin fans with corsair link through his mini. Just making sure before I bought the mini.
I try. ;)
Thank you, and indeed it would. However, I did this build to show off the new HG10 N780s. :) Keep an eye out in a few months, I think you'll like my new fully watercooled build. :)
Haha, you can achieve this level of cable management too! There are a few cable management videos around. ;)
If Corsair made motherboards imagine the number of purely Corsair builds out there that there would be xD
They actually provided me an SSD. I used it just for the booth, then when I got home, I installed my own SSDs back in.
