Description

This be my very first gaming computer. I started PC gaming on a Dell Dimension 2350 with had an intel Pentium 4 2Ghz Dual Core, 256MB ram which i upgrade to 1.2GB, Intel 82845g Graphics and and 40GB Hard Drive. Could barely play GTA SA on lowest. Those were the days. Then a Dell optilex 755 SFF with an Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 3GB ram and a 5450. But at last i can now game on a PC and neglect my xbox which fell over and killed my battlefield 3 :(.

Cpu: Just released and only slightly more than 4440 but a 100MHZ more. Yay. Going from a core 2 Duo is nice.

Motherboard: It was cheap, It works. Easy to work with. Not much to say.

Ram: Blue was gonna go for a blue and white theme but had to save money so after upgrading it should hopefully follow my colour scheme

Hard Drive: Biggest ive had. Before by biggest was 160GB

Graphics Card: Came with Watch Dogs and the MSI was out of stock. Probably Kraken it soon.

Case: Cheapest case with a bottom mounted power supply and Logan used it for the Ocelot (Tek Syndicate)

Power Supply: 500w, Silverstone. Cables a bit ugly but it was cheap.

Monitor: got this off ebay ages ago. It works and was £60

Keyboard: Better than Dell Keyboard

Speakers: They be going for years now.

Mouse: £3.50, Works. Gonna upgrade soon.

Celeron: Needed to update bios to get the 4460 to work.

After building it first it didnt boot because of the requirement of bios update so had to wait a week to get it going but was able to install GFX in Mums computer that i built

Play AC IV, Watch Dogs and Bioshock Infinite at the moment. Gonna download some more steam games and slowly expand my library. Also in the forseeable future im gonna get an SSD and another Hard Drive and dual boot Hackintosh and do some music creation aswell.

Thanks for looking

You could have just moved the desk out an inch or two instead of destroying it, lol.

I don't know how thick your desk is, but you could also get some plastic trim so the edges where you cut the desk are nice and clean.

Yeah. I just put some holes in it. When i extend it ill sand the edges down.

Nice build. I love the case, and good cable management with a non-modular PSU in my opinion. +1

The 2GB of Vram is a bit limiting now so unless you're not playing games at high or over 1080p you should be able to get away with it.
