I bought this pc 'cos my old one was very ... cr4ppy lol. I wanted to play some videogames like Metro Last Light, Crysis 3, GTA V, etc. in ultra settings. There isn't too much part stock in argentina so I had to buy some crappy parts that I don't like so much and I'll change in the future. Next year, I'll start a videogames programming course so I wanted a powerful pc 4 that (and I'm doing at the moment an autoCAD course, so, why not? :D). The I5 4460 is fantastic for rendering videos and multitasking, the 8gb of ram are monstrous, the 1tb hdd has a lot of space and it's very silent, the gpu looks really awesome, the thermaltake cooler outstands of its performance and the mechanical key board... I luv it! I had problems with the mobo... the N°1 PCIe is really fragile and I broke the "adjuster" when I tried to remove my gpu! I won't buy asus anymore! I wanted for the ram the fury red series but the store only have the blue and I hate myself 4 that (lol).... at least it works excellent! The case is terrible 4 cable management; I'll change it as soon as possible. Also (u can see it in the pics), I tried to mod it to make it look better... but it's impossible: H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E case! Ummm, the PSU? Good if you aren't doing an sli in the future and u don't care too much about cable managing... But I want to and I care so I'll upgrade to a semi modular XFX 650w 80+ bronze one! The wifi adapter is bad, soooo bad! I'll try to get a new and better monitor and use this like "the 2nd one from the right". Mouse is so bad that its brand doesn't appear on pcpartpicker, so I'll buy in the future a Razer Abyssus. Speakers... I won't talk about them XD
Conclusion: The aesthetic of this pc isn't good, the performance is awesome and... I think I should change the case, replace some coolers, change the psu, the stock cooler, the mobo and add an ssd! Well, thx for reading all1 I'm facundo and I'm from Argentinaaa... seeya!
Pros: Good 4 the price, awesome performance, low power consumption, 4 cores are excellent 4 multitasking, cute sticker (:3)
Cons: Non OC-able, no hyperthreading
Pros: OK desing. A complete BIOS (which is also easy to use). Crossfire X support. Supreme FX audio (5.1 ch). 4 ram slots, ATX.
Cons: Bad construction quality, ASUS (I don't like, personally asus... but it was the cheapest b85 red and black mobo avaible at the store), HORRIBLE I/O Shield! (it was really damn hard to put it into the case! It didn't fit on it!), horrible sticker (lol, they should have made a red and black one for their new gaming motherboards series, I think)
I wanted the red one... but it doesn't mean that this one isn't perfect!
Pros: excellent design (its color is darker than in the photos lol), fast, excellent performance, Kingston (and its warranty), cool sticker XD
Cons: Not dual channel (YES, there was a dual channel kit but I didn't have enough money lol).
Just excellent!
Pros: Cheap, fast, silent, a lot of storage for the price (gb per U$D), Western Digital and its quality... again, 7200 RPM, pretty much cache, SATA III
Cons: The WD's plastic package it's just INDECENT for this awesome HDD!
This GPU has all what I wanted!
Pros: Monstrous design, MSI (my favorite brand), PCIe 3.0, SLI capable, DVI to VGA converter, MSI logo with led, Twin Frozr V and its intelligent and advanced cooling (when I'm not playing, fans doesn't spin), silent as ****, cool and cool (u'll understand...), low power consumption (only a 400 W PSU required!), it's big (I love big GPUs), red & black color theme, the high quality box/package.
Cons: 2 more pins than the Asus Strix one, no sticker D: (why?)
I have to say something about this case: in Argentina it isn't windowed and it doesn't come with USB 3.0! Really?
Pros: Easy to add or remove HDDs, SSDs, DVD readers; water-cooling support.
Cons: NOT OPTIMIZED 4 CABLE MANAGEMENT, doesn't support 300 mm (or more) GPUs, difficult to put the side panel in place, not windowed (why do you put a """""cable management optimization"""" if it's not windowed??!!), no USB 3.0, YOU CAN'T PHYSICALLY PUT THE FRONT SIDE FAN! YOU CAN'T!, horrible design.
I bought it because I didn't have enough money and there aren't too much cases like this for the price and I though (before building my PC) it was OK, but NOPE. I'll change it for a Cougar or NZXT full tower one.
For the components I do have at the moment, it's great. But if I want to do a 960 SLI... I'll need a better one. Also, if I wanted a better cable management, I'd change it for a semi or full modular one with the flat cables.
Pros: Cheap, doesn't explode (lol), good looking, Thermaltake (a good brand), it gives all the watts I need 4 NOW, warranty.
Cons: No sli capable (so I must upgrade it), non modular, not good looking cables, it hasn't got 80+ certification.
I had no problems with this OS. Looks cool, works fine with me (I've got a Lumia 720 lol, so it's obvious).
Better than expected :)
Pros: White LED, Thermaltake (a good brand... again), big, 1000 RPM, silent, cool, it comes with a molex adapter, good looking cable.
Cons: I don't really know... lol.... maybe the screws? They were a bit hard to put on the fan and the case.
Pros: Better resolution than 720p (HD), thin, LG and its warranty, u can change the angle of the screen.
Cons: Worse than 1080p (FULL HD), gets dirty easily, not very good desing (it's just ACCEPTABLE/DECENT), 5 ms response, 60 Hz (at least, it hasn't got the carcinogenic 30 Hz LOL), VGA.
This is the first and only mechanical keyboard that I own. I love it.
Pros: It's mechanical, I love that it makes so much noise that I can wake up my brother easily (vengeance! vendetta!) :3, Razer Green switches, it's Razer (OK?); Razer logo and scroll lock, caps lock, macro editing and gaming keys with back-light (all green except from the macro editing key, which is red); the package, the sound of the keys, the construction of the keyboard, black mate color, it's tenkeyless (so, it's small), "cheap", gold plated USB, no drivers required :'D!, ultra durable, stickers.
Cons: USB 2.0, not all the key with back-lighting :( , hasn't got the letter "Ñ" (I'm from Argentina, not Mexico, you English speakers), 60 grams force/strength!
