Description

This PC has been with me for about 3 years, my last main build The Red Beast was the previous Main build, same PC(Same Memories LOL) just some huuuge upgrades. Love this PC!!! My I5-7600K was very luck and was able to hit 5.1GHz at 1.325v, I keep it at only 5GHz for stability purposes Cards Overclocked Great'ish, Boosts up to 1280Mhz Core, Memory up to 7800Mhz (Pictures only have the 1 card at the moment, second soon with Pics) I also overclocked the RAM from 2400Mhz to 2800Mhz, haven't gone past because I haven't seen it go past 2700 before, but you never know. The second card is actually a DirectCU II, needed fans for it haven't overclocked hope it overclock the same. 3DMark Firestrike Score (Only 1 GPU)-3DMark Score (Score is about 500-1000 Points lower, I was recording when this was achieved) Thanks to everyone that comments and look at the builds I will reply to anyone with questions or anything about the build.

Part Reviews

CPU

Great CPU for the Price, overclocks very well, not very hot even with overclocked, even though I got a great cooler. Well recommended for the price.

CPU Cooler

Got on eBay, great price, but the parts are expensive and ruined my boards luckily got it RMA'd, LOL. Great for the price, great performance. I5-7600K 5GHz 1.325v at a max of about 72C when stressed.

Motherboard

OMG, Great open box price at Micro Center, the board didn't work because of my cooler mismounted, but MSI completely gave me a new board when I RMA'd it. Well recommenced, if gotten at a good price.

Memory

This RAM is, well good, but a tad slow, great for the price and mine overclocked to 2800MHz with no overvolt, haven't gone past for some reason, great, must get if on a slight budget.

Storage

It's OK, it works and is a fast boot drive, much faster than a HDD but not worth the price, I got it basically free, so not huge complaints.

Storage

Fast, mine is faster than others somehow, luck pick I guess, great drive but looses 200mb for some reason like partitions.

Video Card

Love the card, got a great price, overclocks OK, but not as well as I liked but still 1300Mhz inst low for this card

Case

Great mid-price case, must get, comes in different colors.

Power Supply

Overpriced, but got mine cheap, so should you, gives all 850w almost give or take 15w.

Optical Drive

It works

Operating System

Microsoft need s to cheapen these things, but got mine for $25 with 5 licenses.

Keyboard

Great keyboard, not loud or too mushy, needs support for CUE.

Mouse

It's a mouse and a cheap one but very nice.

Headphones

Great headset, too bad I barely use it. Get a good price one it is my opinion.

sorry

everything looks fine... except your RAM!!! 4 gigs is way too small of an amount!!! you need at least 8 gigs and preferably even 16 gigs!!!

GameeNoobster submitter 3 Builds 1 point 19 months ago

I know, but I ran out of cash at the time, and will get another 4gb in a about a month or less

You could always try looking on hardwareswap for same ram, 8gb usually goes for around $35 shipped so probably only like $20 for 4gb.

Thanks, ill look into it, if you could find one , please link it

You don't NEED 8gb or 16gb, 16gb IS WAY OVERKILL for most games it depends on what your doing so 4gb is good amount also if your budget is small 4gb is good for a small budget without losing preformance

kasdejong13 2 points 17 months ago

You NEED 8 gb, at least with this hardware. I cannot even play overwatch when i have 4gb ram

McJay0121 1 point 18 months ago

How well would this PC run a game like overwatch?

GameeNoobster submitter 3 Builds 1 point 18 months ago

I really wouldn't know because I don't own the game, but I bet it would run max settings at 1080p really well.
