Description

I wanted to try and build an all AMD system - so both of my daughters could become PC gamers. The last AMD parts I owned were the Athlon XP and a Sapphire Vapor-X Radeon 5870.

To keep the cost of the system down, I reused the Samsung NVME SSD and Corsair SP120 fans from a previous system. The included case fan is controlled by the MSI Mystic light software and the SP120s are controlled by an external controller.

The pictured RAM was not happy in the MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX so I replaced that RAM with the Corsair Dominator kit that was on the QVL for the motherboard.

Nice build. I have the same case and CPU. Just curious, you have one intake in front and three exhausts on the back and the top?

Yes, the three SP120s are set to exhaust. This is a low power/low use PC, so I don't expect to have thermal issues with this setup.

Hi, nice build. I was looking for someone with an RX 580 and a 450w PSU. Does it run with no problem? Because I ordered a 580 myself and I have that exact same model of PSU.
