Description

This PC will be used primarily for gaming as well as CAD design projects for school. It is currently running perfectly and I hope to soon acquire a GTX 1080 for it so I can really push its potential.

Part Reviews

CPU Cooler

Keeps my i7-6700k frosty cool (upper 40's Celsius) under load. Looks good and is relatively quiet. There's better options out there but not for this price point.

Motherboard

I will have to write up a more detailed review once I've utilized some of the overclocking features of this board but as of right now it looks very good, booted right up once I got my PC assembled. It also has a sweet backlit IO panel which is useful if you're plugging in anything in the dark.

Memory

RAM is RAM. Looks good and hasn't burst into flames. 10/10.

Are you reffering to the LED strip hanging down within the case? The adhesive on Phanteks' strip isn't very good. I'm working on finding a better solution.

Yeah I've currently repaired it with gratuitous amounts of hot glue. Seems to be working great thus far.
