I live in buttfuck nowhere canada so this build cost 1200+ to get shipped in. I got the monitor on clearance red $450 for $300
nice build!! do you play dayz??? and if you do what fps do you get
Nice build, and not sure what prices are like in Canada but here in the UK if I was to build a PC on a budget of $1000 (in the US), the total price for components here in the UK will be $1500-1700+ . Shipping in really isn't an option because the shipping will cost the difference + the chance something might not work and have to return!!!!!! the list goes on.
So many downvotes!
How is that gpu? I plan on putting a 7790 in my next build
Eh, go canada and Nice Build One Question those why did you get a 7790?, I understand thats it a new card that just came out a little bit ago. So, what are you doing with this computer also? you chould have gotten a better Video Card instedd of your H60, because I know that the stock cool is more then enff if your not over chocking that bad boy. But it's your computer and it's hard to change stuff after you spent all your money. So, what ever your doing have fun. :)
~PC-N00B lol ikf ;P
You could've gotten a much better build for the price but it's still good. I would really recommend for you to upgrade your GPU if you plan on doing some heavy gaming.
This is so poorly balanced. Your CPU way overpowers your GPU. Assuming this is a gaming build, though you do not specify, you could have done much better.
You could also make the assumption that he's intending the use of this to be mostly 3D rendering, since most 3D programs use openCL.
I hope so, but the majority here are gaming builds.
I understand this, but this is PCpartpicker.com, not GamingPCpartpicker.com, so we have to be more open minded.
Well, considering he has an H60 for cooling and an Extreme 4 mobo, maybe the budget for the GPU just wasn't there. At least he was able to get one, rather than using Intel HD 4000 graphics.
I realize that, but what I mean is he shouldnt have gotten such a powerful CPU, unecessarily overpriced cooler, overpriced MOBO, and $300 monitor in order to balance the build. This is of course assuming it is a gaming build.
