Description

This was my first ever PC build which I built with VR in mind. I definitely may have gone a little overboard on a lot of the parts, but who knows how long it will be before I get to build an entire PC from scratch again so I decided to go all out. There were a couple roadblocks when putting it together, but nothing some good research online couldn't solve.

I did my best to keep a clean, black and white aesthetic, and I feel like it turned out real nice!

Video card looks like it's sagging a bit. Are you gonna get a brace for it?

First thing I noticed too.

Really sick build though OP! +1

Ah yeah I hate the sagging of the video card. I didn't even consider there being a brace solution.

Could you link me to some well regarded braces? I'd love to get that thing perfectly straight since I'm kind of OCD about that stuff.

I actually don't know of any off-hand, only that I've seen builds on here with them. It looks like most of them just slide in the expansion slot below the GPU, I think they go for ~$20? Don't quote me on that.

Alright, I'll do some digging. Thanks for the suggestion, and thanks for the kind words everyone!

Maybe let the cables of the gpu run straight down i would look kind of cool and you could hide a small black metal stick behind them that holds up the gpu.

I use Puget Systems universal acrylic GPU brace.

Good use of monochromatic colours.

The white leds on the ram seems pretty bright.

Good build :)

The RAM leds are VERY bright..

The exposure on some of my shots definitely exaggerates the brightness. Plus the glass side panel has a bit of a tint so it brings the brightness down. I didn't want to fill the case with leds all over the place, but I think the bright RAM led bars are a nice centerpiece to the build, plus they breathe :p

Nice build +1 I like black & white scheme, especially Krait + MSI Armor. Maybe you should try Deepcool Captain 240 EX. This AIO will looks better ;-)

... and at laaast different colour combination, than stupid black & red (facepalm).

You steal my pc name :( anyway but you execute it better than me. Can you give us more pic?

I figured it could be a common name, but it was easy and I didn't feel like thinking of another one lol.

Yeah I might take some more pics if I can get a good brace for the GPU.
