Description

I normally build a new machine every 5 years and this one by far is the most expensive one yet over the last 3. I had to turn the cooler upside down because the tubes was in the way of my memory sticks. And a major problem with the NZXT cooler fan cable was a male and there are NO female connectors on the board or the power source, So as of right now the fan shows 0 rpm. I am not a gamer but I do a lot of graphic and animation work that requires a lot of ram and video power like running 4 or more programs at once, Photoshop, After Effects, Audition, Proshow Producer, MP3 and rendering all running at the same time so it takes a LOT of power just like gaming does. But the odd thing is that This machine I just built runs no better than the last one and I spent $1200 more on this one. But the looks is much more cooler. Lots of colors and a lot quieter anyway.

Part Reviews

CPU

I will let you know when I get started working with everything running

CPU Cooler

The fan power cable does not fit anywhere on my board or my power source. It has a male plug instead of a female plug so I will have to do some modifications

Motherboard

Its all good but it dident come with the M.2 shield cover and cant find one anywhere

Video Card

Great card for the price. Im not going to pay $2000 for a card

Case

I need my DVD access but no more front panels, So I had to invest in a external case because I had a $200 BluRay Burner that I was NOT about to give up

Sound Card

Havent had time to play with this thing yet

Monitor

I LOVE my big screen. I think this is about as big as I am going to go

Keyboard

This is not as good of a keyboard as I thought it was. The colors are cool but it just dont work well for me.

Mouse

This is a great mouse, I love the speed wheel and setting software

Lego Master listed access to it. So far it is a sweet running card. It requires no power and with 4gigs of ram and super quite
