So after a long break from PC gaming I decided to build my first computer. I ordered all the parts and assembled everything and then my wife decided she wanted a computer, so the computer I was building (minus the cooler and GPU) went to her.
She does not game at all so I opted to keep in the stock cooler and use the built in graphics from the cpu. Temperature wise, the stock cooler has been a very pleasant surprise. I can add in graphics card or 3rd party cooler if her use of the computer changes.
She does not need 16 GB of RAM but since the new build uses DDR4 I kept it in.
Price wise the CPU and MB were a Microcenter bundle. The 4790K is overkill for this build but I thought it was going to be me using it.
