Description

I'll be using this computer mostly for gaming.

This is my second computer build.

I didn't edit the price because I purchased all my PC components from Amazon. I wanted all my components to arrive next day and Amazon had a special 1 month promo for a free Prime Membership. So I didn't have to pay extra for any shipping and handling fee's for 2 day shipping.

I re-used my 840 Series 250 GB from my old computer and My ASUS monitor. Everything else was purchased.

Very pleased with the Corsair 540 Case. The case has excellent air - flow. My CPU cooler is setup to a push pull configuration so right now my CPU temp is around 30C. I haven't OC'ed anything yet.

Nice build for the most part, only thing I would change is the fans on your radiator from AF120s to SP120s. SPs specialize in high static pressure, which is what's recommended for CPU coolers/radiators.

Strongly recommend changing AFs to SPs on your rad. I don't think you should be getting 30 idle with an H100i in push-pull unless you've got a high ambient temp and I assume you've seated the block correctly. I get ~22-24 at stock and ~25-27 overclocked @ 4.2, 1.2v. I assume it is because of the AF fans because they are really not designed to push air through a radiator.

Other than that, great part selection and really nice job building it. Hope you enjoy your great rig! :)

nice work, but you overdid it for your game "Yahoo Spades". Your tower is so huge, put a cushion on top and use it as a chair.
