I use this machine for gaming, video editing, recording and producing music and guitar-related media. Takes a lot of storage! This machine is super fast - I can finally edit videos in real time. With 32gb of 3000mhz ram, a 9700k and an Nvidia RTX 2070 Super I've got no issues running games at either 1440p 144hz or 4k for some titles. Ray tracing on the new CoD MW looks great too, but I turn it off during multiplayer for the extra frames.
Cooling hasn't been an issue, even with the vertical GPU mount - with 55 degree load temps on the GPU and 60 on the CPU, I will still require my space heater in the winter. I'll investigate the thermal performance between vertical and traditional mounting in the future, but I like the look of this build so damn much as it is.
I recognise that the RAM, cooling and PSU are a bit overkill - but I wanted something relatively future proofed and didn't mind saving up a bit more for my ideal build.
Would love any feedback! Or you can watch me stress out while building the beast here: https://youtu.be/L-BwKC2hYUc
