I'm thinking the restarts might be insufficient power delivery. 80+ bronze is only <85% efficient, so you could realistically be getting as little as 365.5 watts from your PSU. That's cutting it pretty close to what your systems estimated draw would be at full load. If your PSU's power delivery sags a little, and say there isn't enough voltage supplied to the CPU or RAM or any component really, the motherboard will be forced to cycle, and that will look like a random restart. Just an idea.

it may be but the pc is getting very dusty so it may be just dust messing with the electronics im gonna clean it tomorrow make sure theirs no motherboard case contact and if it keeps doing it a new psu may be needed

I wouldn't have recommended the FX platform anymore, as the new Ryzen platform has replaced it for a year now. There's no upgrade path from the AM3+ or FM2+ systems, both of which are limited to DDR3 RAM while more modern platforms (not only AMD) such as LGA1151 or AM4 provide DDR4, and within a couple years, DDR5. It was a good platform back in its time, but that has passed since.

Now the restarting issue. Are you having trouble with your drivers, or was the installation process fragmented? I think those could've caused it, as my video card had some troubles with the drivers and would continuously make the computer restart. Figuring out the drivers fixed that. Another problem, as poINtblank213 said could be

"Insufficient power delivery... ...if your PSU's power delivery sags a little... ...the motherboard will be forced to recycle... ...look like a random restart."

You might want to look into that.

I'm gonna up grade to the fix platform because it is the cheapest 6 core CPU that supports ddr3, I have 6gb of it

Great build but you should look into the restarting problem probably a problem with power delivery

I'm trying to figure out why a 430w 80+ bronze semimodular ATX is retailing for $99 on Amazon lol. Hopefully you didn't pay anywhere close to that because as others said, you probably want to think about replacing it.

Mine would bluescreen after a few hours of playing games. I updated my GPU drivers and it fixed the problems. I think it had something to do with the GPU temperature and fan profile on the software. This could be the problem, heat soaking or driver issues.
