I built this with gaming and home streaming in mind. It was started with a good in store deal on the motherboard and CPU and I built out from there. I had a bit of a scare with the video card and the case (since technically the 970 shouldn't fit in the case) but I was able to squeeze the card in up against the drive cage. As a result room is a bit tight and the cable management is not as good as it could be. I will say everything is whisper quiet, and the NZXT Guardian's case fans keep the temps down.
The one negative (though at worst it has been a nuisance) is that the Intel 7260 wireless/Bluetooth card has some odd ball issues on start up. I haven't been able to run a wired connection to it yet (I live in an apartment and I don't feel confident drilling holes to run a wired connection), so that's my means of connection. On start-up the card will be unable to connect to any wireless network. Enabling and disabling the card fixes the issue, so I assume it's an odd driver issue. I keep it out of my mind by running a script on start up that disables/enables the card, so it hasn't been more than an annoyance.
