My Radeon VII build
I built this to edit 4k videos and photos with ease. And so far this is what it does. Gaming is great to, 50-110 FPS in 4k depending on the game and what’s going on in game for example like apex legends which average 50-90 FPS. I can edit in premiere with no lags at all even when applying color correction or effects. 10 minute 4k video render in premiere takes a lil 14 mins and the same with davinci. 1080p 10 minute video takes less than 5 minutes to render. It’s just a absolute beast at everything I ask.
Best bang for the buck at this price or anything close. No need to pay extra for 8700k when this is just as powerful for a cheaper price. Does everything I need with ease
This will last me years as it is a monster. Future proof with any x470 but this really is overkill and that’s fine for me. It is easy to overclock memory in the bios and it shows wa codes so you can easily diagnose errors on your computer. The rgb colors are nice as well. There are a lot of fan headers so I was able to plug in 5 fans without any issues. 2 slots for the m.2. I was even able to get the wifi to work even without connecting the wifi adapter that comes with this.
These work right out the box with my crosshair vii. No issues yet
Really fast load times on boot are like 2-5 seconds. Everything I put on it loads up fast including games. I wanted this so I can load premier files fast and it does just that.
The 860 has my premiere files loading fast and editing smoothly. No issues so far with this. It was recognized and formatted right away. I got it for 137 and while I would have liked it to be cheaper. I can't complain about the performance. I mainly got this to load games and premiere edits off of. So far everything runs smooth.
So far so good, this is mainly my storage drive. But I download things off it and they load fast. Not as fast as my ssd but still fast enough. No issues with it as of yet, and it does handle all my copying
As my first gpu it is fast and loud. But powerful delivering fast FPS in gaming and helps the cpu kill render times. I did a small overclock boosting this from 1802 to 1991 and so far it has been working fine. renders in Premiere and Davinci are fast with no issues.
This a lot of space to add stuff. A drive bay to add 3 ssd’s Or 3.5 inch harddrives. You can add another 3 ssds, 2 in the front and 1 in the back. You get 2 fans and room to add more. The glass is easy to remove in the front and everything looks nice when you put it together in this case
works well, even though i only needed a 650 watt psu. I went with 850 to give me room to add without worrying. plus the 10 year warranty makes it even better
I got these when they were on sale for 60$ at amazon over the Christmas holiday and I can not be happier. I do believe they are not worth 120$ but for 60$ they are great. The software is easy, with the click of a button you can change the colors of one fan or all
Not bad just keep in mind you need a display cable to use FreeSync. But other than that colors look nice when editing in premiere. it handles gaming well also. 2 hdmi ports and one display port. The button to power and control the monitor is easy to use but takes some getting use to if you are use to using a remote. Only complaint is it sometimes flicker but I just switch the cables around and that solves it
I actually the devastator 3 but i don't see it on here. Flawless so far with all the color options. You can change the color of the keyboard and then change the color of the mouse to something else if you want. Gaming on the keyboard is smooth and response is good enough for me. Editing is fine to, no issues getting anything to work when pressing a key
