Description

This was my first pc build and I literally spent months planning this and changed half of it at the last second :P.

I use this build for gaming, video editing, and homework, and it works great. I ordered all of the parts on black Friday so I got it for $1000-$1100. I picked all black and blue parts 'cause why not? I also had a monitor lying in my closet, which was convenient.

Any comments would be appreciated! Edit: the mouse is an eblue mazer ii wired, not the cobra

Nice build. Def need to look into getting a bigger desk lol. And your PSU is fine. Its EVGA (glad you went with that because a lot of people go for corsair and their really not made for gaming and EVGA is) and at least bronze cert so your good. If you went with EVGA NEX 650 watt gold full modular, that would have been a little more expensive but would definitely have saved you a little more money off your power bill each month and got rid of that mustard color of the cables. Also, could do a little bit more cable management. But overall good job :D

I am a lot more concerned about the desk than the PSU.

Yeah I need a bigger desk; what's wrong with the PSU?

as long as if you don't overclock ur system there should not be a problem with the psu

I thought power consumption was low? How many watts does it take to overclock?

I think he means that the PSU may be low quality build, I don't know the technical details but usually cheap PSU's are generally not safe to use in big gaming/overclocked machines.

How are your temps, I noticed your cpu cooler is pretty much sitting on top of your graphics card
