Description

I built this machine to control and conquer frames. There were two total problems one with the case and on with the mobo. The case for some reason did not want me to install my (front) bottom fan i had to remove the wall of the hard drive cage. Cutting my hands in the process. The motherboard bios is broken and i have yet to find a new one. When ever you click on something in the bios the exciting info stays with the new info overlapping creating a blob of hardly readable letters and charts. The overall process went smooth was not impressed by fedex and there leave it in New Orleans for 4 days policy. Four to seven day shipping my ***. Delta does what i want it to and more. Looks sexy and runs them sexy frames and the max. Ohh and did i mention that it renders videos and images wonderfully and quickly. PERFECT build for what i Needed it to do.

Very nice build! +1

Sorry to hear your bad experience (cutting your hand and motherboard bios issue).

Have you tried clearing CMOS to see if you can fix the bios issue?

You wont probably like this but your mobo has a 3 year warranty so it would be a good idea to contact MSI and RMA the motherboard. Maybe you can get them to change it for the 3X version which is a much better motherboard. You can even tell them you are willing to pay a difference but you are not happy with the one you have now.

Nice looking build.

So FedEx does not score well..... Why the cut on the case? Was it a tough spot to get to or does the case have sharp edges? What to you give the case?

As for the BIOS...... I assume you need the chip? Here is an eBay link but did you contact MSI ??

Here is the link ( I have no idea who these people are....... Just throwing out a suggestion )

For the BIOS you want to try removing the batteries for about 15 minutes to reset the CMOS. If that does not work, you want to try updating the BIOS with MSI Live Update or by flashing the BIOS using a properly formatted USB Drive.
