Description

Inspired by the beauty of the rarely-seen Aurora Borealis, this build fuses minimal RGB lighting with strong performance in gaming and productivity. Featuring AMD's 6-core Ryzen 5 3600, an MSI Radeon RX 5700 8GB, and 16GB of Patriot Viper Steel CL17 memory, this system effortlessly provided 100+ FPS at 1080p high settings in modern games like Overwatch and Borderlands 3. The MSI MPG X570 Gaming Pro Carbon Wifi ATX motherboard provides the only source of RGB lighting inside the white minimalist NZXT H510 ATX mid-tower case, evoking the sensational experience of seeing the colourful Aurora Borealis against a clean background of polar ice caps.

Does the H510 fit the parts well?

Everything fit seamlessly! Cable management at the back was pretty good too. Will be upgrading my stock cooler to a Noctua NH-D15 soon so that will certainly test its limits.

How well does the stock cooler work? Is it sufficient for gaming (w/ no OC)?

Honestly, very well! I ended up wiping off the pre-applied thermal paste and applied some Arctic Silver to improve temps a little. Idles around 37C and about 80C during games now.

is the 860 EVO your boot drive? Is it any good?

Yes it is. Works very well. I should've gotten an NVME one instead for not much more, but for general use, it's perfect.
