Description

This is my Ryzen 3700x new build. The Node 202 was selected as it is small enough, available, and not silly expensive. The noise level is quite comfortable. CPU and GPU temperatures are acceptable in stress tests. This build was done 2 months ago and completely satisfied with it.

Looking a using a node 202 for a VR machine for the living room - I'm worried about the heat build-up but I guess you can mount 2 fans in front of the GPU?

Yes, I can. But it depends of GPU. My old ASUS is turbofan version, second fan doesn't change anything. In case you have classic GPU with 2 fan, you can simply add 2 fan 15mm or 25mm height.

what cpu cooler are you using and how much clearance does it have?

Cooler Master GeminII M5 LED + noctua 120x120x15mm. If delete rubber spacer from backside of fan and dust filter, clearance is -1mm (minus 1 mm). Because in real life noctua is 16mm height. I added 1mm washers between top cover and bottom plate on cpu side.
