Description

I had a tight budget and never built a computer before. I think I did pretty well for $900 considering the different components. This is a gaming build for upcoming fps games which should play fine. Thanks to this great site I was able to figure out the best build for me. I would appreciate any comments or upgrades that I can make in the future. Thanks again!!!

For the prices, I can't really complain. Most expensive is your GPU, and I congratulate you on that. Excellent choice on PSU. +1 for me, but I would see if there is a way to hide or not put the cables over other parts (if possible, I never worked with that case).

just a bit of advice: the 300R has cable routing holes, and i suggest you spend some time rerouting those cables to make things neater. not only will you get brownie points for that, but it'll look (and run) much cooler.

I agree. Why bother with windows for the sweet interior view if you're letting it look like a rats nest.

Everything looks good except the cable management. Look at my build i never built a computer before but look at how the cable management turned out. If u have time a good 30 minutes and a bunch of zip ties will do u great

Sometimes when I see wiring like this, I think the builder must not know about cable management and what it can do for a case's temperature and appearance.

It can be helpful to look up some images of your case and see how the pros wire it up, like this:

Nothing too fancy there, just some nice cables routed properly.
