Nice build, except for a few things. Your RAM modules are placed incorrectly. You'll get better performance (dual channel) if you place them in two slots of the same colour. Also, You could've gone with a Samsung 840 Series 120GB SSD, and bumped your video card up to a 270X.

Other than that, nice build! :)

EDIT: You may also want to add a description so others know what this build is being used for.

Are you video editing? If not I would get the i5 and 8gb ram and put the rest of the money to get an R9 280x.

Not that bad, but as Blood_Monkey said, move your RAM to make use of the dual channel memory. That GPU is pretty underwhelming as well.

A description would be nice so we could understand what this build is for.

A sound card for a board that already has nice onboard sound? Not sure what the use of this build is but was the extra cost necessary? Or was it a card you had laying around?

I could put at least a 280X in this budget. A little wasted money, maybe, but if it works for you it's a good PC.

Not sure why this is getting so many downvotes. Sure things could've been done better, but by no means is this build bad.

Is this meant to be a gaming build?

thank you for all you comments. I am only 14 years old and this is my first build. I built it for gaming but I am also interested in doing some music recording ans well as video editing.

I believe your GPU is in the wrong slot. Someone correct me if i'm wrong?
