Happy New Year 2020 everyone! Many and happy buildings are my best wishes for 2020 :)

So... once again as I love to try stuff, changed from an NCase M1 with 3 intakes and 1 exhaust fan to the Silverstone SG13B with one intake only and I'm surprised!!!

Runs on average 10c cooler, however, will get dusty but by personal experience, even with intake filters, the NCase gets a lot worse and much harder to disassemble for maintenance and clean up.

I hope you'll enjoy it!

Very nice build !

Great feedback from your case uses they look amazing but its good to get feedback RE: dust etc for maintanence always good to have a 360 view.

As its hard to get hold of popular sff cases great to see options.

Thanks a lot Hypet!

Have some more updates :) after nearly a month, it is as dusty as the NCase after a day only. Can only see some tiny dust particles but nothing worth a clean/dusting just yet ;)

Nice Build! I was wondering w/the SGX PSU installed how much clearance would you have if you wanted to use a cooler taller than 61mm. So something like the NH-D9L or something like the NH-L9x65 SE-AM4. Since I wanted to overclock my 3600X CPU.

Thanks!

There's not much clearance for those, the NH-D9L would not fit at all, and instead of the NH-L9x65, the one I'm using NH-L12S is a lot better performer with lower noise levels ;)

So for that cooler did you bend the heatpipes in order to get it under 61 mm or was there just that much clearance for the cooler if so then I think I should be able to use the NH-L9x65 SE-AM4 since it would only be 65mm in height.

With the NH-L12S and SFX PSU you'll have about 1.5cm clearance, as the NH-L12S fan is underneath the cooling fins and blowing upwards you'll have much better results than the downdraft NH-L9x65 and quieter operation :)

The Silverstone ATX to SFX PSU also has openings that will stay aligned with the cooling fins to exhaust the hot air.
