Description

Hello all, this is my first build I have ever done and let me tell you, it was probably the most frustrating, exhilarating, confusing, and funnest thing I've done in awhile.

Name: The White Bane. I chose to name it this because me and a long time friend have always played PC games together. He has named his computer with something of my last name and So I decided to return the favor.

The Good: Probably one of the things I am most proud of making ever. Learning and actually building a pc was more fun than I expected. So far everything runs fine. I have yet to test it on benchmarks and I just got done downloading GTA V so I'm excited for that.

The computer stays very cool when downloading and playing games (I've only played 1 game of league of legends to test things out). Also the fans are extremely quiet and the build and color design is beautiful. The case is fantastic, so much room to work with but also no place to put it since I have a small computer desk.

The Bad: The cpu cooler was a pain in the butt to put in (idk if it was because it was my first time or what but I could not get the back plate screws to stay in while I tried to screw it in from the front and hold the CPU cooler block down. I was also scared of damaging things in the process of putting it on). The only other bad thing is that I can't control individual fans (I would like to keep intake and exhaust fans running a certain speed without my CPU cooler changing to that speed also.) and also putting the cpu cooler to the highest or close to the highest fan speed can get really loud.

Any criticism is fine, I also haven't overclocked it but I am planning to in the future and also plan on investing in a SSD. Thanks for taking your time to read this and thank you to everyone on PCPartPicker site that has helped with this build.

Thanks. For the fans I just didn't want something overpowering with brightness.

Is there a little sag on the top GPU or is it me? Also maybe zip-tie the PSU chords slightly farther from the fan? Just an idea. +1 for beautiful fans, binding of isaac profile pic (which ill copy with Azazel)

Its true the first GPU sag's quiet a bit and I couldn't find area to zip tie it to the case D:. I also did end up zip tying the PSU cord s but I couldn't get them any further from the fan :(. Messing up the bottom airflow.
