Description

Hi guys

COD= Black ops FULL specs League of legends = Full specs ( 250 FPS)

OK i decided to build a gaming pc. I have wanted one for a long time and i refused to buy a console due to the over expensive games and the ridicules membership fee they charge just to play online, thus I turned to computers.

I have always liked pc and especially taking them apart.

First off I already had a TV I used for PS3 and my SSD i bought for my MacBook last year’s therefore i did not need to purchase either hard drive or monitor

i have also added some pictures of league FPS and the case with fans and liquid cooler

Therefore this build only cost me around £380

ANOTHER IMPORTANT THING IS WINDOWS ( ALL UNIVERSITY STUDENTS OUT THERE) MOST OF YOU CAN GET WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM IN ADDITION TO MANY MICROSOFT SOFTWARE FOR FREE THIS IS A LINK TO MICROSOFT WHERE I GOT MINE https://www.dreamspark.com/Student/Default.aspx?tab=2#TabbedPanels1 ( this is from the official microsoft website as well i'm not trying to spam )

ok i had to let you all know this as it is such a money saver.

this was my first ever build and i have no skilled knowledge of building pc's or their compatibility before i took on this task.

Ok guys i have learn a couple of thinks in the last couple of days i learned how to overclock and now running at 4.5ghz CPU and this runs at full load for the whole test time of an hour at no higher than 50 degrees Celsius this is with the new liquid cooler i have installed and also I sent my EVGA power supply back and got a modular instead

Replaced my 270x for a gtx970 windoforce cut a side window from the panel and also installed a touch screen fan controller

Excellent build with room to upgrade in the future. Cable management is pretty decent too with the kind of case you had to work in.

I'm planning to use this case and the same processor to build a budget gaming rig for my daughter. I think you did an excellent job with this budget build...especially as a first build. Good Job!

not much better at this price point. he also spent $160 on a monitor and $90 on Windows 8.1 so without those the build would be $650

You clearly have no idea of what you are talking about

It won't bottleneck a 270x lol it can handle a gtx 760

I'm sorry but if you really think that CPU is bottlenecking his GPU, you haven't used one of those CPUs yet. That thing is an over clocking beast. He should be able to overclock with the board he currently owns.

It's on the list of tested motherboards that are confirmed to overclock with the G3258

Even if the Pentium might be bottlenecking the 270x (which I'm not sure is the issue since I know lots of people who use that CPU with higher end cards), the other alternative is the OP could get a lower-end Z mobo and then overclock the crap out of the pentium, which we know can still be done with the stock cooler; that way he'll have an overclocking motherboard and the option to upgrade to a quad or higher-core intel cpu in the future - just my thoughts though

Do you have any idea of the potential that the G3258 has? I've seen you around other people's builds talking trash about their "Less than i7/GTX 980" components. A G3258 OC'd to 4.8ghz has the equivalent per-core performance of a 4790k. Please think before commenting, and remember that this is a budget build.
