This is what you can build using the left over parts accumulated over a few years.

I started with the case, wireless card and power supply from my old A8 system, the Ryzen 2400G and memory came from a HP prebuilt, the PNY SSD from ???, and the 2.5 500GB came from a retired laptop.

From Microcenter I got an open box Asus TUF B450-Plus Gaming (Missing the I/O shield, despite the box being marked complete), the 256 Gb, Inland M.2 SSD, and DVD dirve.

I got a widows licence from GVGmall.

So for less than $200 bucks I dont think it turned out half bad.

I don't have a use for it yet, but am sure I can come up with something!

I sold this to a coworker today, for just what I spent on new parts. I had fun building it, and he gets a nice starter gaming rig. I would rather have someone putting it to use than all the parts sitting in the closet.
