TheMagickConch submitter 2 Builds 1 point 15 months ago

I don't know how. I don't use PC Partpicker that often to be honest.

Razorwing02 1 Build 1 point 15 months ago

no..... if the staff likes your build enough they will put it on the front page of the site...nothing users can do about it :(

datdankdoot 1 point 12 months ago

Would you happen to know the brand of your fan?

TheMagickConch submitter 2 Builds 2 points 9 months ago

Phanteks

esk02k 2 Builds 6 points 15 months ago

With such a surgically clean build you must work for the institute. Good job!

Eltech 19 Builds 4 points 15 months ago

EpikMark0123 1 Build 3 points 15 months ago

This is terrible. In the third picture you can see cables to the left of the desk and underneath it. yuck. How dare you call this a build you peasant.

Any ways damn that is so clean, this is the first design that I have actually seen a nuka cola setup and being a fan of fallout this is a great build to see. Forgive my cable management self, honestly I can't complain. You got yourself a nice build. +1 for me

TheMagickConch submitter 2 Builds 2 points 15 months ago

I actually forgot to remove those cables. They are not even plugged in. Just hanging. I agree it bothers me now everytime I look at them.

EpikMark0123 1 Build 2 points 15 months ago

XD i get you man, in my setup i went overkill with cable management on my desk!

mdsmichigan 3 Builds 3 points 15 months ago

Crackow 1 point 15 months ago

TheMagickConch submitter 2 Builds 1 point 15 months ago

2 front 140mm 1 rear 120mm and 1 top 120/140mm

This looks so good! Great job on it the colours match and fit so well, Brothers of the Wasteland Unite

Specter-Builds 2 points 15 months ago

I voted for this setup from Randomfrankp's room tour project. Was that you? Regardless, awesome build, definitely one of my favorite themed setups out there. +1 For the fallout theme.

TheMagickConch submitter 2 Builds 2 points 15 months ago

Thanks. That was me. I didn't even submit it. I think he submits ones he finds online or someone was trying to possibly steal my submission and win lol.

Specter-Builds 1 point 15 months ago

No problem, nice build nonetheless!

Specter-Builds 1 point 14 months ago

I just un-sunscripted to him after finding another build in his videos from pcpartpicker. Still wish that I could Have a setup like this!

UrbanPhoenix 2 points 9 months ago

Holy hot damn!!! This build is icy hot. I was first looking at the Taichi series of ASRock boards and this by far is the sexiest build I have seen.

TheMagickConch submitter 2 Builds 1 point 9 months ago

Thank you :)

Epic_gaming7 2 points 9 months ago

Have you entered SetUpwars yet for Techsource? if not you should. +1

TheMagickConch submitter 2 Builds 2 points 9 months ago

I dunno if I should. I don't want the hate :'( It was already featured on an episode of RandomFrankP. I like his channel better anyways. It was a good surprise on a random weekday :D

Epic_gaming7 1 point 8 months ago

That's great i probably seen it i watch him a lot also.

TheMinionDude 2 points 1 month ago

What a Beauty!

nasdaq5k 1 Build 1 point 15 months ago

Are the 2 back fans, the one it comes with the case? Also where can I get the thing that covers the power supply to graphics card?

Awesome, beautiful build btw

Max1millionaire 2 points 15 months ago

I believe the stock fans the S340 comes with are black. The PSU shroud is part of the case.

TheMagickConch submitter 2 Builds 1 point 15 months ago

Fans came separate. The PSU cover comes with the s340 elite.

AcerKake 1 point 14 months ago

What fans are they? Considering using them in a white build similar to yours and I love the way they look.

W-Dill 1 point 15 months ago

Can you tell me what you made your desk out of? It looks like the classic Ikea Gerton/ Aleks drawer desk, but I can't really be sure. Thanks!

TheMagickConch submitter 2 Builds 1 point 15 months ago

It is the ikea alex drawer unit with filing storage and the ikea karlby countertop

Realdeal36 1 point 15 months ago

I'm starting to get thirsty ...

ReZ-Pacman 1 point 15 months ago

Two questions. One what keyboard it that? And two what is the table top on the IKEA drawers? I need them for my setup! Thanks in advance!

TheMagickConch submitter 2 Builds 1 point 15 months ago

It is the Ikea Karlby (Walnut). The keyboard is the Obins "Anne Pro"

llamasbetrippin01 1 point 14 months ago

What desk do you have? It looks like an Ikea, but I cannot find the one in the pictures.

MannyToLegitToQuit 1 point 14 months ago

datdankdoot 1 point 12 months ago

Anne Pro RGB Bluetooth keyboard

Soulzaroth 1 point 14 months ago

This system is very drool worthy, especially for the Fallout enthusiast. I really like Fallout games, so I can dig this. I prefer black themed systems over white but this looks so nice and clean. I love the microphone you have next to that glorious 34" monitor. It very well suits the white Fallout theme.

I have no opinion on the mouse and keyboard as I tend to ignore Logitech Products unless they're speakers or web cameras and I've never heard of that keyboard's brand "Anne" or whatever.

That CPU is awesome and since you're not using multiple PCI-E lanes there's no need to upgrade from it. Hardcore AIO liquid cooling solution to maintain low temperatures, not to mention it's RGB. The Taichi motherboard is just plain awesome. USB 3.1 Type C thunderbolt connectivity FTW and aesthetically it's beautiful. Having dual gigabyte ethernet, and WiFi/Bluetooth is a major plus as well.

I love Crucial Ballistix RAM, very high quality stuff. Great CAS latency of 16. 48GB of random access memory will ensure you that you'll never run out of head room for software application usage. Awesome.

I would write a longer review but I must take leave. Overall however, I have to give this build a 9.5/10. (Sorry, I don't like your choice of solid state drives. I would have went with the Mushkin Reactors instead and OCZ drives are just lousy in general.)

Kusmaul.D 1 point 13 months ago

I recognize this...setup wars?

bc17 1 point 13 months ago

nice.. not a fan of the kb though.

Pixal 1 point 13 months ago

How do you get your build to get so clean!

+1

DerpyMuffin 1 point 13 months ago

Does the mouse have settings for custom lighting?

rennseppl 1 Build 1 point 13 months ago

Very nice vault 111 build! Very good presentation!

AwesumEdPC 1 point 12 months ago

The reason why I haven't commented on this earlier was because I was speechless. And I still am. That's it.

CrepOne 1 point 11 months ago

Awesome. Love it. ;)

TheMagickConch submitter 2 Builds 2 points 10 months ago

Thank you friend.

BoiLogro 2 Builds 1 point 11 months ago

Wasn't this featured in randomfrankp's room tour project?

TheMagickConch submitter 2 Builds 1 point 10 months ago

Yup! Honored to be on the show.

Aidanm77 1 point 10 months ago

What custom cables did you use for the GPU etc?

TheMagickConch submitter 2 Builds 1 point 10 months ago
Aidanm77 1 point 10 months ago

Also, why are your SSDs white? The ones you used should be black, right?

TheMagickConch submitter 2 Builds 1 point 10 months ago

Nah I like it white.

GamingMaster900 1 point 10 months ago

That is a Very nice and clean looking build! Very nice job! :D

IncognitoGamer123 1 point 9 months ago

Link to where you got the desk? Cause I have a lot of trouble finding a good desk.

TheMagickConch submitter 2 Builds 2 points 9 months ago

Ikea Carlby walnut counter top and alex drawer units

IncognitoGamer123 1 point 9 months ago

Does the wood top stick out with a curve? I hope not tho.

sharkvfx 1 point 8 months ago

jesus bro you should submit to Tech Source Setup Wars, you would definitely win and probably get seal of approval got damn!

JukeFactory 1 Build 1 point 7 months ago

Where did you get the white case fans?

killpm27 1 point 7 months ago

i got hard

SunGuGuy 1 point 6 months ago

What's that table you're using? Love the looks of it!

JordenJace 1 point 6 months ago

Absolutely stunning. I'm a bit OCD with..well anything I'm gonna be spending thousands of dollars on and was trying to device on a colour scheme to match case I was gonna buy (the Lian Li PC-Y6) and this pushed me over the edge on white and black. Gorgeous man!

langdon27 1 point 6 months ago

Raider4411 1 point 5 months ago

TheMagickConch submitter 2 Builds 1 point 3 months ago

It indeed was.

w2ck 1 point 4 months ago

Gotta love the white builds.

johnyboy102 1 point 4 months ago

Can you tell me about the desk. It looks very nice. I want to have a build just like this (not as expensive) and dont want to have it on a crappy table. Thanks!

TROOPER181st 1 point 3 months ago

Its the ikea karlby ( chestnut colour ) with 2 Ikea Alex drawers :)

johnyboy102 1 point 3 months ago

thanks!

TROOPER181st 1 point 2 months ago

Amazing job ! It's a great inspiration for many people ( i bought the same case and Ikea desk + drawers ) even bought the white Anne Pro keyboard. Your NZXT S340 Elite is damn sexy but i noticed 1 small detail many overlooked : the PCI cover slot covers - what brand did you use Fractal Design by chance ? Because the original S340 Elite are black.
Love the details !

TheMagickConch submitter 2 Builds 1 point 29 days ago

Absolutely use Fractal PCI covers.

TheMagickConch submitter 2 Builds 1 point 15 months ago

Great question. So I got the 5930K because it allows up to 40 PCIE lanes. I could have got the 6800K cheaper at one point but realized it was actually worse. I have no issues at all with anything being glitchy or lack of bandwidth. I have 16 used by gpu + 4 M.2 +4 M.2 = 24 Lanes used. That would be how much most standard CPUS have. However I still have 16 lanes available for another GPU. I've never tried SLI on this board so I could not tell you that experience with that.

It just depends on the weight to be honest.
