Ryzen 9 3900X and RTX2080 Super. I'm still working on getting down the ideal temp's which are at around 40-50 right now and do a better external cable management.
Hi m8, is the Asus RTX 2080S lighting strip on the side panel customisable?
No, it's not customizable. It's fixed to light purple and blue shade combo. If you want customizable one go for ROG strix version. I was disappointed too that I cant customize it.
Thank you for confirming.
Thanks from me too; almost went with this card.
I think I can spare enough comment karma to say you really need to manage those cables
Pretty clean overall though. I like the corner aesthetic
Thank you :). Gotta figure out what should I use to get those cables managed. Do you have any suggestions?
Zip ties. Lots and lots of black zip ties. You can zip tie all the cables together, and then the ones that are behind the monitor can be zip tied to run down the centre of the monitor, the ones behind the PC can go down the hidden side of the PC and be routed under.
hey dud whas your temps on the gpu?
It's very low.. I barely see it go over 50C when I play control with RTX on high setting. (65FPS on 1440P res). Ideal temp is like 35-40C. I didn't overclock anything yet.
Does the GPU run quiet?
Only sound I hear is the NZXT fans on the radiator. GPU is a beast if you are going 1440p. Not sure how it'll work on 4K.
