This rig was to upgrade from my old Athlon 2 x3 455 & HD 5750 rig. CPU clocked at 4.38GHz. Radiator set to Push-Pull Exhaust. HDDs are in a Windows Striped Volume to emulate RAID 0. Had issues with the motherboard's RAID and Windows 10 playing nicely together. Motherboard's biggest flaws are the single fan header and the USB 3.0 placement. I get around the fan header with the NZXT Grid +v2, which I mounted above the HDDs on the bottom of the motherboard tray. The USB 3.0 just means an ugly cable run, but you can avoid that by mounting the front panel I/O in an upper position and orienting the case to it's side if you wanted to.
Last picture is an old configuration, before I added the Grid, 2x 140mm fans, and put the radiator in push/pull. I also had two LED strips, which I took down to one because they were just too bright.
Great $100 or less CPU.
Not bad for ~$50, but I'd say a $20 air cooler would do the same job. Still, it looks nice.
For the price, just great. Would have really liked to see more fan headers, but that's a minor issue. Good solid board.
16GB = more Chrome tabs. Thumbs up.
Love it! 250GB so I don't feel cramped, so much faster than any HDD. Windows cold boots (after POST) in roughly 5 seconds with UEFI on this bad boy.
Some noises that I'm not too comfortable with, but passed S.M.A.R.T. and other tests, so I'll hope it's normal. 3TB is lots of storage, and for just $80.
Love this card, but man it can get hot if not cooled properly. Plays whatever I throw at it @1080p, and couldn't ask for more. Default fan curve keeps it dead silent till you use it.
The case looks fantastic, and it's easier to build in than you would think. Lots of room for fans/radiators, and I'm sure the stacking option is great if you plan to actually use that / have ceiling space for it. Bright blue power LED throws me off. Build quality is just fine.
Great monitor for $100!
