Description

I originally was placing an MSI A88 motherboard and AMD A10, but decided to give the case to my son. The lighting in the photos give the PC no justice for the orange is more like the truck.

From what I've quickly read and it may be wrong but they're an older company every post I've seen about them was dated around 2010 and as far back as 2008. And from what I quickly read they introduced modular power supply's and also bad power supplies at the same time.

introduced modular power supplies

suddenly respects the company

Looking at his previous builds, I think that he bought it during Ultra's heyday and just used it in all his builds since.

Unless they lied to us and it's completely false advertising the description does say the worlds first fully modular power supply so I'm hoping I got my facts right hahaha. http://www.amazon.com/Ultra-Products-X-Connect-Power-Supply/dp/B0002O6KUS

I've had an Ultra in low-level builds for some time. I'm not sure if my Ultra was their first full modular, or if tey actually made the first modular PSU, but I remember getting it and thinking 'this right here is the future of PSUs.'

Sadly, I don't think Ultra has done anything/much since.

Yeah they are pretty decent PSU's and I've never had any issues with them. you can get a 450 for like $25. They last, and I'm the type to leave computers on for extended times.

Awww, I thought this was going to be a build of a computer put inside a model car. Otherwise, nice paint job on the case. :)

At first I thought this was going to be a joke post, but what you did with the case looks really nice, great job. It can be annoying to tear those HP cases apart
