Description

Alright guys, this is my first build, so don't kill me. This pc was built for light 1080p gaming, and also to be cheap to figure out if I can actually build a computer lol. Turned out i could. The RAM from the part list was saved from an older gaming computer my friend had laying around, and the one in my pc is actually a 2 x 2GB kit. Next, you're probably wondering why I didn't get a stock cooler. Because I'm broke and I actually got it to 4.2 GHz on the stock cpu fan and heatsink. I also got the power supply and the gpu from the friend that helped me out with the sticks of ram, so I got a little cheaper price.... Oh, and I actually bought windows 10. And before I start getting ripped a new one for having an expensive case on a budget build where if I spent a little less I could get an SSD, I think it looks pretty and I think that function < form. jk chill! feel free to leave some criticism though, as I'm not a professional haha, and btw the minion is there for education purposes. the beautiful shots of the system were taken with an iphone, so that explains that haha, btw sandwich in the background is from firehouse subs

I like the build! My build also uses the 450D, it's awsome!

If you only have a 2x2GB kit, definantly make your first upgrade to 8GB of RAM. Then the SSD.

Not too bad overall. I wouldn't overclock too high however since that motherboard isn't great for overclocking. :)

PSU is overkill, but who said overkill was a bad thing? :D

Your Function < Form is exactly like me. While when i did do my build I went with a cheaper case than the one I really wanted, I have and had the same feelings. :P +1 for that and very solid budget build.

OOhhh thats kindove sad. I have a fx 6300 and r9 270 and score 5100. I believe that cpu is bottlenecking your gpu.... Also 8 gbs of ram would help a lot.
