I decided to build myself a custom computer around January or February of 2017. Since I was on a budget I tried to get as much power as I could from the parts that I was choosing. I took my time with researching everything from the CPU to the RAM to the power supply. I watched many youtube videos about each computer component, read the review and asked friends who built or has custom computers. I was gonna go with the i5 7500, but when I heard about the Ryzen 5 I decided to wait and see if it is better. It wasn't easy waiting for an extra 2 months for it to be released but it was well worth it. I have had the computer for a month now and no problem at all. I did get the motherboard for $5 less since It was out of stock on amazon and I couldn't wait for them to restock so I went to Fry's electrons ( similar to BestBuy but bigger and has more electronics ) and actually found a returned item.I asked them to open it and check if all the cables are there and if nothing is wrong with the motherboard, so they did and nothing was wrong with it, so I took it. I also bought a led fan and put it on the front. It was $9 off amazon I am glad I took my time, did not rush things and did my research.
CS: GO setting all high, fps +200.
The forest multiplayer setting all high fps 60.
I'm going to get Call of Duty World War II ( I'm pretty sure I"ll be able to run it on high setting and get high fps ).
Future upgrades are getting a SSD and another 8GB of ram to have a total of 16 GB.
