Overkill power supply, could've got Windows for $20 on Reddit... You could've gotten a GTX 1080/1070 and an i5/i7 for this price but enjoy your rig anyway!

The problem is that those $20 copies of windows are almost always not legit

I'm pretty sure all the sellers there are certified because you can't create posts there. Anyway my point is he way overpaid for this build. The three SSDs, sound card, overkill power supply, and the $400 motherboard are the things that are bringing up the price.

For future reference, I've noticed a few mistakes that you could've saved some money with, let's start out from the top, you overpaid for the cooler and motherboard, you have 16gb of ram when 8 would be fine, you paid over $200 for a 2gb model of a 960, if it were 4gb the price would be understandable, but not for 2gb. Your PSU, you overpaid, people will rightfully say that you shouldn't skimp on the PSU, but a 650 watt platinum evga unit can be had for around $100 and will suit your needs just as well. you could've cut another ~$110 by dumping the sound card and pro version for regular windows 10, besides, unless you're an audiophile, you don't need a sound card. Also, those fans weren't necessary, so yuo could've brought this build down quite a bit, but still, kudos for your first build
