Description

I built this computer on a whim once I realized I was unsatisfied with mine. It took about 2 months to collect the parts, and I really haven't used it yet. It's mainly for recording music, playing Steam games, and using programs like Photoshop, Fruity Loops, and Skype.

You should have went with an i3 and a better video card, the one you have isn't too great especially if your using your PC to play games.

Yep, my father has a GT 430 and he's not happy with it, and he doesn't even play games. For this money you could have gotten maybe an i3 2100 and a 6670.

Steam games aren't exactly the highest demanding games on the market, if you hadn't noticed.

Why in the world would I want an i3? I never said it was a gaming PC. Also, you're*

Get the i3 6100, better clock speed and it's cheaper.

I'm saying this because your computer is very good especially for the money but I see no point in having such good parts and then have an awful graphics card. Personally, I would have bought everything with out the video card and then when I save up spend $100 on a video card instead of $50. I am not trying to insult you, please do not take it that way.

no SSD? i have an older version of the sonata III (usb 2.0). i basically taped my SSD down :/ , thinking about buying an adapter? or just a new case....

i replaced the 3 phase case fan, got old and loud after 5 years. There is room for another fan behind drive bay. but maybe it gets enough air already with the new fan. I will probably upgrade my cpu stock cooler too, that's probably the noisiest. My clips broke on the front screen filter...kind of stinks. trying to hold onto this one, and don't want yet another case laying around. already have a gigantic R4. these new cases are like space pods nowadays!
