The total spent for entire PC is around 2200 with tax, this includes modem & router.
I have no idea how to edit the parts, but it's 2x4gb for ram and i bought the keyboard and mouse for 110$.
Nice build. Any specific reason you chose one stick over two? (Ram) Not that the performance boost of 2 is huge..Just curious. (: +1
Edit: I just checked the pics, you've got two. Nevermind. (:
Probably for future upgradeability
He has two. Lul.
I'm a girl but thanks lol
Sorry. Force of habit. A lot of computer builders happen to be guys.
Haha don't worry about it, it's my first time, I've done a lot of research and had a friend help me put together the parts.
I made a mistake in the parts, didn't realize it was 1 8GB, i was trying to find 2x4gb lol. Can't seem to get to the edit screen.
Dat gpu sag. It's a little worrisome.
Seems to be a thing with ASUS cards.. My 770 has alittle sag but in no way has it affected the performance of the card while pushing it. Though it does kinda ruin my build look aesthetically :(
What do you mean by sag? I thought it looks fine. Is there a way it is suppose to look? Thanks
probably just the angle of the pics
The strix is pretty heavy, but i think its built very solid. It looks great. Did they mean it might be sagging? Like lower than the slot it's in?
Yea, but given the angle of the pic it looks like it is when its probably not
Did your 770 come with a backplate? I've noticed that they tend to make the pcb a little sturdier, but heavier at the same time.
Yea, I dunno i mean its not bad at all. To be honest its more of like a slight angle. only really noticeable if you like staaare at it.
Probably so, I tend to stare at noticeable things when I space out. This stood out.
They should make push up bras for GPUs.
What do you mean? I'm new to PC gaming so not sure the affect with that.
If you look at the video card, it looks to be bending down near the power cables. Not saying it will, but it could damage the pcie slot. Someone did mention that the card is pretty heavy so this might be normal.
I'll take a proper photo later, the ankle wasn't the best when I took it.
Akame Ga Kill I see.....so...you have also felt the feels of the feeling that is the ending of that anime....Such Feels....Much Tears....
Hello itsnhiwee, The fan controls under the ASUS motherboards I have dealt with are in the Advanced menu and under the MONITOR tab in the Bios. Let me know if you have more questions. Your computer looks very nice!
Thank you! I'll look into it.
Pretty beastly build you have here. I would've gone for more than one stick of RAM, but you can always upgrade. +1
It's 4x2, stuck with 8gb for now, more than enough. Was it better to go with 8x2 for 16gb?
I made a mistake when putting the parts, i see that i put one stick of 8GB but i cant seem to edit yet since the maintenance, it has been a bit weird, cant seem to get on the edit screen.
Yeah, I guess I should have looked at the pictures more closely.
Was that Akame?
Yes it was! One of the best anime I have seen!
I know, right? The ending killed me, but it was so appropriately and well ended. It's in my Top 3.
What type of other anime do you watch? Always looking to watch more. :)
Mmmmmm. That's a hard one. Code Geass, Clannad (+ After Story), Kanon, Kantai Collection, Anohana, Love Live, etc. Hard to remember all of them!
Clean build dude! Just wondering, what are using to light up the inside? Is there a strip of LEDs or is it just the fans and H440 lights?
I'm a girl but thanks! I am just using the aerocool DS fans, they have LED. They're pretty solid built! I haven't used any other fans before but I love them, they come in many different colors, blue, red, white, black(no led on black I think). I was thinking of getting LED strips but I wouldn't know what color to get since it's already bright enough.
I love everything about this build. Your part choice was impeccable, and it looks super clean.
How's the cooler? did you have problems with it? do you recommend it?
How you like that monitor? I'm currently looking to buy that one.
Sorry, I haven't been on here in awhile. For the price that I got it for it was worth it. There are better monitors out there though. I was looking for a white monitor bc I wanted to do a white build. I like it so far though.
