Description

I traditionally used my desktop for photo & video processing of my art stuff. But I've been searching Steam for indie games to play. I really wanted to make a PC that could be multi-faceted. So this PC serves that purpose pretty well. It's also being used as my Plex server so that's been a game changer.

As far as problems, occasionally, I'll open up a game and the PSU taps out. It can any game from Team Fortress 2 to The Division. So I would presume I'll need to upgrade my power supply in the not-too-distant future.

[Still a work in progress: I got gifted an EVGA 980SC and decided to trade it to someone who gave me a Zotac 980TI Amp Extreme Ed for, what amounted to $50]

I'll try and update my build with newer photos when I find time.

Get a RMA on your Power Supply. Should be able to handle your build just fine.

That doesn't look like a 212 EVO. The heat sink pipes are off

Wow, your build will be more than able to handle your art & media processing as well as steam games! How are you liking the sound card? I can never decide whether or not to actually get a dedicated one; I haven't been doing much audio editing/mixing lately but I've always had my eye out for the exact same one.

I love doing interviews ... even over Skype [which is usually a big audio tragedy], but if I had the money I'll spring for the higher end version of this sound card [the one that comes with the mixer].

Sorry for the late response. But it's honestly worked like a champ haven't had any problems and I stay in an old apartment [that gets a lot of dirty power] so yeah. It's been working great.
