I use this machine for generating memes, and playing games.
Its pretty SACK.
You have a fully modular psu, overkill, but I digress. Main point, there's no need to be using the molex cables. Just use the pcie cables that came with it. Otherwise, not bad.
Maybe he wants to crossfire another 290X. I know I would.
With this much power, I'd go 3-way Xfire.
Keep up the meme generation
Will do ;;;)))))
Pote m8. Would love to have this rig.
I like your choice in cpu. Its something unconventional, and with an air cooler. I like it. I don't like the cable management. Otherwise I like it.
Hope you know a low end i5 is still better than a 9590
Cable management fixed will upload more pics soon.
i´m glad to hear that :)
Make sure to keep up on the meme game and fix your cable management.
+2 for making memes with machine
Why would you spend the money on a 1200W PSU and not mention anything about future upgrades? This part list would be perfectly fine with 750W - 800W.
It was on sale for a similar price for the 1000, when i bought the cpu, i didnt have enough power with a 750, the 9590 has huge power draw.
Why not an I5?
I wasnt as intellegent when i bought the motherboard whilst i was on vacation in halifax. If i had a time machine i would've bought a board for the Skylake i7
oh ok. didnt know that AMD and Intel dont like eachother eh?
I hope you live in Russia or the Alps
LOL AMD chip. Get an i5 4960k and enjoy the superiority.
9590 air cooled. Haven't seen that in a while.
Truth is it beats out all all in one cooling solutions 40C under load
Nice heater! JK, nice job
that cable management is next level
Cable management fixed will upload more pics soon
btw 40C under load
Added full rig picture
A fellow 9590 user!!
Nice build comrade. :D
Not exactly sure on why you went with the 290x since it seems like the GTX 970 is a bit better. I might be wrong though
The 290X is on par with the R9 390 which is slightly better than tye GTX 970 and (I know it's been said a lot, and you should know I'm not looking to bash on Nvidia) has full use of its 4GB of VRAM.
Although it does have full 4GB of VRAM, so does the 970. The other 0.5GB is just at a much lower speed. But you will not notice any real performance degradation unless you are really going overkill on mods and textures Video
Buying 980ti in the future, and possibly skylake i7
Waiting for Polaris and Pascal would be a wiser choice IMO.
good, but the AMD processor is pretty bad
It's ok people are oblivious to garbage.. Meanwhile on Intel we are going to get better besides AMD can't even beat a 4 year old chip.
They are fine, and great for overclocking, i plan to buy a skylake in the future
Yeah thats what I have. Works very well and has good temperatures even with air cooling while overclocking.
AMD chips are garbage. LOLOL
No, like that processor is pretty bad. You can get a 4 core intel one with twice the power for about the same price.
FX-9590 is best bang for your buck processor in my opinion
I would rather a skylake IMO
look at my reply to abundleofbunnies comment
Will do, with different colors on the HUE and fix my damn cable management
