A computer I built on Christmas
Perfect entry level build you got here. If i could change 2 things, I would try to route the cables on the other side of the case to make the build look a little neater, and i would add an led strip around the interior of the case to make things pop a little. Dont get me wrong though, this is a good build.
This - completely agree!
I’ll keep that in mind and I might add the led strips
KONO DIO DA
That cable management.
I have to say that for a sub-$400 build you have a very good level of performance here. This is the perfect Ryzen APU machine, are you going to use this for gaming?
Yes I’m using it for gaming but the games are not big new triple a games like the Witcher 3 or gta 5 I’m playing games like tf2 or stardew valley
How has it been working for these games? A friend asked me to build them a budget pc and the only game they play is Stardew Valley. Can I skip out on the GPU to save them cash?
it should be good
You can always throw in a gpu like a rx 570/580/590 and make it way better. had 2200g build with a rx 570 and it was well paired.
Yeaaaa you can't beat the price of the 2400g for the level of graphics it gives you.
But it's still a decent quad core if you decide you need a little bump.
Agreed. In fact I got an RX 570 from Newegg before Christmas for my son, it was $139 and came with two free games.
Did you have to do a bios update?
No how important is it
I also plan on building a PC with a 2400G. Can anyone tell me what display setting can I get for Battle for Azeroth using this setup? And what's the highest GPU that I can use with 2400G that won't bottleneck? Thanks.
Its never a build without a gpu. You coulda least bought a 1050ti for it. its a nice affordable card you know.
I’m going to upgrade this in the future don’t worry
